Temperature : 1650C ,Heating Elements : Mosi2Heating Elements Insulation : High Density Ceramic Insulation. Melting Capacity=: 2-3 Kg Cast Iron/ Steel Construction : The Furnace is vertically placed on the 3 ft. High angle iron stand , with control panel on the side .The furnacehas opening at the Top and Bottom .The bottom lid is closed by Motorized Lifting . The Top Lid is removed manually Bottom Lid : It has specially designed arrangement to hold Silicon carbide crucible. The lid is made of Alumina Bricks for wear resistance. The metal to be melted is placed in thecrucible and raised of the heating zone of Furnace. After melting the crucibleis lowered by motorized arrangement and the Molten metal removed. Control Panel:Is placed on the side of the furnace with all components. Temperature Programmer: PID programmer having 4 programs, each with 16 free format segments(ramp/soak). Power Control: SCR unit (Single phase thyristor unit) Power Supply: 220 Volts Single Phase 50 Hz.
